Often when I read 5 star reviews I wonder if it's friends or family leaving these glowing reviews, well I can 100% assure you this is not one of them! Where do I begin? WOW!! The level of service that I received from Alan can only be described as 5 Star Plus!!! We were looking for a Vauxhall Adam for my daughter, her very 1st car that she was paying for herself, Alan was so professional and understanding that this car had to be perfect, the car was serviced and mot'd, she wanted black alloys, Alan not only put black alloys on it for her but 4 new tyres too, the interior was shampooed and the car when I took delivery was stunning, it is just great to know that there is still people out there that know what customer service is, something seriously lacking in a lot of large dealerships, throughout the process Alan kept me up todate on what was happening, when he said he would call he did on time, I never had to sit around waiting for his call or have to chase him up, when it comes to changing my car I will definitely be giving Alan a call and would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go and see him! Thanks again Alan from a very happy customer.
