I first rang Alan regarding a car I had seen on his website that I was interested in and he still had it.I said I would come and view the car and said what time that I would be there in Larbert.I arrived at Alan,s premises upon which he was dealing with another customer at the time but he knew that I had come to view the particular car and myself and my wife sat in the car and Alan said that we could take it for a test drive so following Alan into his premises to get the keys I spotted another car same make but different colour and I knew immediately that was going to be the car for me.It did have a couple of issues with the bodywork but was told that would be repaired before the car would be available to pick up when it was ready.So the car was driven outside for me and my wife to test drive it and after a while I returned it and said yes I would purchase it.Coffee and biscuits later and a really friendly talk regarding motorcycles we left a holding deposit and returned home.The car was ready a few days later and we made arrangements to pick the car up and we had a train trip to Larbert where Alan picked us up from the train station and took us to his premises where we were greeted by the car sitting waiting for me all nice and shiny and the bodywork repaired to the highest standard.It was serviced and valeted for me so after coffee and biscuits and the financial side complete the car was mine to drive away.I did find a couple of things on the bonnet that had been missed but after meeting up with Rocco the bodywork specialist at a time and place that suited us both the car was repaired.The car since I have had it drives impeccably and no problems with it in the short time I have had it and I have driven it down to the South of England and back without any issues at the moment.I cannot fault the service provided by Alan and his team and would recommend visiting his premises to see if there is anything that catches your eye like it did mine.I will not hesitate in returning to see Alan and team if I am looking for another vehicle but that might be a little while yet as I am enjoying my car too much at the moment

Excellent experience. Both Alan and Ryan were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They were personable, honest and patient. They even offered to deliver the car as my wife and I were expecting a baby imminently, instead of me travelling through to pick it up. A very minor issue (warning light) appeared on the car and Ryan was quick to respond and offered to collect the car to be taken to their local garage, though fortunately this wasn't needed in the end.
First class service, would highly recommend.
